Ratna Meisa Panjaitan

Ratna Meisa Panjaitan has significant work experience in various HR roles. From 2022 to the present, they are the Head of HR, HSE & GA at PT Sisindokom Lintasbuana. From 2013 to 2022, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at PT Multipolar Technology Tbk. Prior to that, they were the Human Resource Manager at Hutabarat Halim & Rekan from 2011 to 2013. Ratna also served as the HR and General Affair Deputy Manager at Dale Carnegie Training from 2009 to 2011. Their earlier roles include HR Executive at PT. Times Prima Indonesia, Human Resources Administrator at PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (MPPA), Human Resource Generalist at Centrin Food, and Project Administrator at Equation Project Misys - Mitra Info Sarana - Bank Jabar from 2003 to 2007.

Ratna Meisa Panjaitan completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI) from 1998 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in December 2022.
