Heather Durtschi

Heather Durtschi has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Heather has held senior leadership positions at Walmart, where they have successfully managed multi-million-dollar budgets and led large teams. Their roles have included overseeing learning services, content design and development, fresh operations, talent development, and learning and development within different divisions and regions. Heather has also served as a regional performance consultant and started their career as a Walmart associate and assistant manager. Currently, they are the Vice President of Sales & Customer Experience at SkillsVR.

Heather Durtschi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, which they obtained from National Louis University in the years 2009-2011. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate degree in Marketing from Gateway Technical College from 1991-1994.
