Manuela Bustos Quintero

Manuela Bustos Quintero has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR. Manuela started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Synergy Consulting Group, where they conducted a cultural analysis of the organization and developed the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Manuela then moved on to IPG Mediabrands, where they worked as an HR Intern and was responsible for conducting selection processes for various positions and developing organizational policies.

After that, Manuela joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Talent Attraction Analyst, where they managed the end-to-end process of the company's Talent Programs and recruited thousands of professional candidates. Manuela later joined Korn Ferry as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, leading search and selection processes for middle management positions and maintaining client relationships.

Manuela's most recent role was at Slang, where they held several positions. Manuela started as an HR Associate and was one of the early team members, responsible for building HR processes and expanding the team. Manuela then transitioned to a Senior HR Associate role, where they led Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Employer Branding for the entire company. Later, they became the HR Head for Mexico's operation and the LATAM Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead, scaling the team and building a result-oriented culture.

Manuela Bustos Quintero completed their education at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 2014 to 2018, earning a degree in Psychology. Manuela also obtained additional certifications, including the Tarjeta Profesional Psicología from Colegio Colombiano de Psicólogos - Colpsic in 2019 and the TOEFL certification from The TOEFL® test in April 2013.
