Frank Perry has extensive experience in contact center operations, spanning over three decades. Frank worked at Progressive Insurance as a National Director, overseeing multiple sales and service sites. Later, they held various leadership roles at Travelers and Allstate, where they directed call center strategy, operations, workforce management, analytics, and knowledge management. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Contact Center Operations at Slide.
Frank Perry holds a BSBA in Operations Management from Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
