Sean Butler

Sean Butler has extensive experience in product management, marketing, and sales roles. Sean is currently the Vice President of Product Management at SmartBear, where they began in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Privitar as the Director of Product Marketing from November 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they held various positions at Validity Inc., including Enterprise Account Executive and Senior Manager of Product. Sean also worked at Continuum Managed Services as a Manager of Product Management, at ABILITY Network as a Product Manager, at Aberdeen Group as a Research Analyst, at Imprivata as a Product Manager, and at Kronos as a Product Owner/Business Analyst and in Proposal Services/Pre-Sales.

Sean Butler graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Sean also obtained a certification in Pragmatic Marketing from Pragmatic Marketing.
