Pritha Prasad

Pritha Prasad has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting from their most recent role, they worked as a Senior Application Support Engineer at Smartr365 from May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Resolution Manager at UiPath from January 2022 to April 2023, where they acted as the primary point of contact for global escalation management and drove product improvements.

Before UiPath, Pritha served as a Senior Cloud Engineer at Atlassian from July 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they owned and solved complex technical issues, performed error diagnosis and root cause analysis. Pritha also had experience working with databases and writing SQL queries.

Prior to Atlassian, Pritha was a Senior Product Engineer at Automation Anywhere from December 2017 to July 2020. Pritha'sresponsibilities included working on product installations, handling code-related issues, and assisting users with building automation logic.

From October 2013 to December 2017, Pritha worked as an Application Engineer at Thomson Reuters. Pritha managed critical business applications and databases, collaborating with Microsoft on complex issue resolutions. Pritha also handled web-based servers on Windows and UNIX systems.

At the beginning of their career, Pritha served as a Service Delivery Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from September 2010 to October 2013. Pritha'sresponsibilities included managing and supporting a large number of servers across different regions, performing system installations and configurations, and troubleshooting various services.

Pritha Prasad obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela. Pritha attended the university from 2006 to 2010.
