Karimi Kihato FCIPD has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting with Lake District Hotels Ltd in 2006 as an HR Generalist, Karimi then moved on to Hilton Hotels & Resorts in 2007, where they worked as an HR Business Partner, achieving significant improvements in staff satisfaction and turnover rate. In 2010, Karimi joined the Royal Air Force Club as an HR Manager and later joined GE Healthcare in 2015 as an HR Manager for Commercial & Digital. In 2018, Karimi became a Senior HR Business Partner and Org Development Lead at Digital Catapult, where they executed HR strategies and led organizational transformation programs.
