Sachin Malhotra

Sachin Malhotra has over 18 years of work experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Sachin has held positions in companies such as Smiths Group plc, Intellect Design Arena Ltd, Aggreko, Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, and LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech. Their most recent position was as the Director of People Operations at Smiths Group plc, where they have been since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Director HR APAC & Global Services & Digitization from June 2019 to November 2021. Sachin has also served as an AVP - Delivery Head - HR at Intellect Design Arena Ltd from June 2018 to May 2019. Sachin Malhotra (SM) has a diverse educational background. In 1998, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree with a major in Computer Science from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University in Aurangabad. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1997, they attended Delhi Public School, where they completed their high school education with a major in Computers with Science. In 2011, they obtained a Green Belt certification in Operation Excellence from Ohio University. In 2020, they pursued a Black Belt degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Oxford. Most recently, from 2021 to 2022, they completed a Postgraduate program in Human Capital Leadership from XLRI Jamshedpur, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
