Chief Of Party - Usaid Learns (usaid/vietnam) at Social Impact

Monalisa Salib has a diverse work experience in the field of organizational development, learning, and research. Monalisa held various roles in different organizations, including Social Impact, Dexis Consulting Group, Counterpart International, Global Communities, Partners for Democratic Change, Lebanese Council to Resist Violence Against Women, and Middle East Institute.

Their most recent position was as the Chief of Party for the USAID Learns contract at Social Impact, where they led a team of 20 staff and consultants in monitoring, evaluating, and learning from the work of USAID/Vietnam and its partners. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Chief of Party for the same contract and was responsible for overseeing a team of experts supporting USAID/Vietnam.

Before joining Social Impact, Monalisa worked at Dexis Consulting Group as the Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID LEARN contract, where they provided technical leadership and managed the technical assistance, capacity building, and MERL teams. Monalisa was also involved in developing the evidence base for collaborating, learning, and adapting in development programs.

Their earlier roles include serving as the Director of Knowledge Management at Global Communities, Senior Manager at Partners for Democratic Change, and Regional Program Development Officer at Global Communities.

Overall, Monalisa Salib has extensive experience in organizational learning and development, monitoring and evaluation, and program management in the international development sector.

Monalisa Salib holds a Master of Science degree in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Florida State University from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Political Science. Before their university studies, they completed their high school education at Atlantic Community High School, graduating with an International Baccalaureate Diploma in 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Monalisa Salib has obtained several certifications. In November 2022, they completed "The Science of Well-Being" course from Coursera. In February 2022, they obtained a certification in "Our Response to Climate Change Specialization" from the same institution. Earlier, in September 2022, they completed the "ICF-Approved Coaching Training: Becoming a Coach: Coach Training for Organizational Professionals" provided by Productive Interactions. Monalisa recently acquired certifications in "Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)" from Mindful Leader in March 2023 and "Enneagram Certification" from Cloverleaf in February 2023.
