Phil Silver

Phil Silver currently serves as the SLED West / US Navy Enterprise Account Executive at IBM, following a distinguished career in the US Navy, culminating in the rank of Captain. With extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, including Software AG, Amazon Web Services, Boeing, and Cubic Corporation, Phil has a proven track record in strategic business development, transportation systems, and IoT initiatives. As the founder of Mad Science of New York City & Westchester, Phil has also promoted STEM education among youth. Phil holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and an MBA in Finance/Information Technology from Fordham University.
