Hashim Sharif

Hashim Sharif is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and customer success. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Software AG since December 2022, Hashim focuses on onboarding, proactive support, and relationship building with customers while addressing their business needs. Previously, as Co-founder and Head of Data Engineering at Sadeem Knowledge from May 2015 to December 2022, Hashim led technical teams to provide innovative solutions across various sectors, including Banking and Manufacturing, utilizing IoT and data analytics. Hashim also held positions as Product Manager at CIT VERICASH, managing e-payment product lifecycles, and as Technical Team Leader and Senior Software Developer at CIT Global, overseeing Java enterprise implementations and business development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering from Cairo University, a Diploma in Software Engineering from the Information Technology Institute, and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, expected in June 2025.
