Ayal Karmi

Ayal Karmi has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Ayal started their career as a team leader at the tactical intelligence corps for the Israel Defense Forces. After their time in the military, they worked as a pension and investment consultant for Meitav Dash. In 2011, they joined the Foreign Trade Department at Bank of Israel where they worked for four years. In 2015, they joined Solidus Labs as VP of Operations.

Ayal Karmi graduated from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Ayal then went on to earn their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the same school.
