Abdulaziz Binkhnain - عبدالعزيز بن خنين

Abdulaziz Binkhnain has extensive experience in talent management, human resources, and recruitment. Abdulaziz currently serves as the Talent Management Director at Solutions by STC, where they design and implements learning and development programs, facilitates succession planning, and manages performance evaluations. Prior to this role, Abdulaziz worked as the People Business Partner Director - HRBP at the same company. Abdulaziz also has experience as a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manager at Solutions by STC. Before joining Solutions by STC, Abdulaziz held various recruitment and manpower planning roles at Tabadul, Riyadh Airports, AlRajhi Bank, and Almutlaq Real Estate Investment Company. Abdulaziz began their career as a Volunteer Student Liaison for Saudi Students at Kent State University.

Abdulaziz Binkhnain completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Kent State University between 2010 and 2014. Abdulaziz also obtained a certification in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn in 2020.
