Dinesh Prajapati has a strong background in customer success and cyber security. Dinesh currently works as the Lead Customer Success Manager for Managed Detection & Response at Sophos, where they serve as a trusted advisor, managing customer relationships, adoption, and retention across the APAC region. Dinesh was responsible for planning and configuring security measures to protect sensitive data from cyber threats. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Information Security Engineer at Symantec, focusing on customer satisfaction and advocating for resilient products.
