Elizabeth Brooks

Elizabeth Brooks has a diverse and extensive work experience. Elizabeth is currently the VP of Talent and HR Systems at SOTERA HEALTH LLC. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District from 2020 to 2021. Elizabeth was also a Co-Founder at Nimble Services LLC from 2017 to 2020. Elizabeth'sprevious roles include Director of Human Resources at Swagelok from 2013 to 2017, HR Director at Precision Castparts from 2012 to 2013, and various managerial positions at Eaton from 2001 to 2012.

Elizabeth Brooks earned a BBA in Information Systems Management and Professional Sales from The University of Toledo from 1997 to 2001. Elizabeth then pursued an MBA in Business Management at the University of Florida from 2008 to 2009. In 2013 to 2015, Elizabeth attended Northwestern University's Women's Senior Leadership Program as part of their executive education.
