Prior to this, they served as the VP of People Experience at SoulCycle Inc., where they played a pivotal role in revolutionizing the fitness industry through immersive indoor cycling experiences. Celeste also held the position of VP of Human Resources, North America at The Body Shop, where they advocated for a fairer and more beautiful world by selling naturally inspired beauty products and promoting self-empowerment. Additionally, they founded TRIBE Human Resources Consulting, where they provided support and strategies for small businesses' human capital needs. Celeste also worked as the Senior Global Director of Human Resources + Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (Consultant) at Purpose PBC, where they designed global HR and equity programs to foster cultural advancement and commitment. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources Search + Consulting at Janou Pakter Global Executive Search, aiding distinguished brands and fashion retailers in connecting people's passions to business purposes.
