Leonard Caputo

Dr. Leonard Caputo has extensive experience in the medical field, starting as a General Surgeon in their private practice from 1997 to 2013. Leonard then transitioned to roles in medical leadership, serving as a Medical Director at Greater Newport Physicians from 2013 to 2017, and then as a Market Medical Director at UnitedHealth Group for a brief period in 2017. Currently, they are serving as the Medical Director Physician Advisory at Sound Physicians since 2018.

Leonard Caputo, MD, MBA received their MD from Loma Linda University in 1992, with a concentration in Medicine. Leonard furthered their education by obtaining a Masters of Business Administration in Healthcare from The George Washington University between 2010 and 2012.
