Helen Dinsdale

Helen Dinsdale has extensive experience in various HR roles. Helen currently holds the role of Head of People Services at South Staffordshire Plc, where they have been driving significant changes. Helen was also the Founding Director of Six HR Ltd. Prior to these roles, Helen served as the Head of People at South Staffs Water, focusing on driving change in the water sector. Helen has also held positions as the Head of Human Resources at Carpet & Flooring and as an HR Business Partner at The AA. Helen has worked at Deloitte in multiple capacities, including as a Senior HR Operations Manager and a Senior HR Business Partner, where they collaborated with the business and HR teams to align talent initiatives with business strategy. Before Deloitte, they worked as an HR Operations Manager and HR Business Partner at Deloitte UK, contributing to firm-wide HR transformation projects. Helen's early career includes roles as an HR Business Partner and an HR Advisor at GVA Property Consultancy, where they led projects related to reward processes, recruitment, and organizational restructuring.

Helen Dinsdale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wolverhampton, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Helen then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in CIPD from Bournville College from 2001 to 2004. Later, they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Employment Law from DeMontfort University between 2006 and 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, Helen also obtained a certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) in 2005.
