Adrian Tomsa

Adrian Tomsa has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and recruitment. Adrian is currently the Head of People (Operations) at South West Water, where they oversee business partnering and employee relations activities for the Pennon Group of companies. Prior to this, Adrian served as the Head of Human Resources and later as the Head of Talent at Bristol Water plc, where they were responsible for talent acquisition, performance development, and other HR functions.
