Amy Shillingford

Amy Shillingford has extensive work experience in human resources and information technology. Amy started their career in 1993 as a Customer Relations Manager at John Ritzenthaler Company. Amy then worked at SAP in various roles, including Global Head of HR Service Delivery Optimization and Senior Director of HR Service Center. From 2012 to 2018, Amy worked at Shire, where they held several global leadership positions in HR service delivery, operations, and systems. In 2018, they became a self-employed Human Resource Consultant before joining Lincoln Financial Group as the Head of HR Operations & People Systems. Most recently, Amy worked at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. as the Head of Information Technology.

Amy Shillingford holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
