Mark Yacoubian

Mark Yacoubian has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Mark is currently the Vice President of Finance and CFO of the Americas at Spirax Sarco. Prior to this, they worked at Oracle as the Senior Regional Finance Director and Divisional Controller, overseeing a $2 billion tech division with a specific focus on SaaS growth and collaboration. Before Oracle, they held the position of Regional Finance Director at Newell Brands, where they led financial planning and analysis for over 10 legal entities in Latin America. Mark also worked as a Plant Controller and Finance Manager at Cordis, driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to achieve significant savings. Earlier in their career, they served as the Regional Finance Director and Functional CFO at Johnson & Johnson, and Head of Finance at J. Cain & Co., Inc. Mark Yacoubian began their career as a Cost Accountant at New Balance.

Mark Yacoubian holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, Investments, and Communications from Babson College. Mark also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, they have acquired an Advanced Management education from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
