Jøran Kristensen

Jøran Kristensen has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jøran began their career in 1998 as a founder and consultant of Didaktech, a small consultancy start-up. In 2000, they joined AFF Konsulent AS as a consultant, where they were responsible for management team- and leadership development, organizational analysis and development, development of assessment tools, organizational change projects and utilization of learning technology in development settings. In 2006, they joined Telenor as an HR Manager & HR Business Partner for Comoyo/Telenor Digital. In this role, they were responsible for heading up the HR function, reporting to CFO and COO. Jøran was also responsible for the establishment and execution of full-scale people processes and governance in a start-up environment, as well as setting up the working environment committee and bonus and executive remuneration system. In 2014, they joined Deloitte Norway as a Senior Manager Consulting in the Human Capital Division. In this role, they were the HR Transformation leader responsible for developing and preparing the service portfolio for launch in the market and leading a team of four. Their main deliveries were within digital organizational readiness investigations internationally and benchmarking of HR maturity and transformation readiness across 10 major Norwegian organizations. In 2015, they joined Sanofi as the Head of HR Sanofi Norway & Finland, HR Business Partner Vaccines North Europe. In this role, they were responsible for overall implementing the European HR strategy locally and in the business, as well as overall responsibility for the HR functions and employer role in Norway. Currently, they are the Head of People & Culture at Spond since 2022.

Jøran Kristensen's education history began in 1994 when they completed a Foundation degree in Sports Science at the University of Agder (UiA). Jøran then attended the University of Oslo (UiO) from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Educational Science, Sociology, and Leadership and Organizations.
