Melissa Mezger

Melissa Mezger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and technical assistance, currently serving as a Technical Assistant at Sporian Microsystems, Inc. since March 2019. Previous roles include Research Assistant and Fellow at the Rocky Mountain Climate Organization, where data collection and analysis were key responsibilities. Additionally, Melissa held the position of IRB Panel Coordinator at the University of Colorado Denver, managing research submissions and communications with expert reviewers. Earlier career milestones include serving as Associate GIS Specialist and Associate Remote Sensing Analyst, where geospatial analysis and remote sensing were integral tasks, as well as conducting feasibility studies as a Graduate Intern. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Climate Science & Policy from Bard College and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
