Ladean Unser

Ladean Unser has worked in the IT field for over 20 years. Ladean began their career at Hakim Electronics in 1998 as a Systems Administrator, where they managed a branch of the company providing corporate customers with internet access, email and web solutions. In 2005, they moved to Broadridge as a System Technician, where they were responsible for setup and testing of Disaster Recover on an HP-UX system for database, and AppServers, and on linux for middleware. Ladean also planned and managed the required transfer of client infrastructure to new server for migrations. In 2008, they joined EnStream LP as a Linux System Administrator, where they took ownership of all deployments through the entire life cycle and built deployment server and developed automated utilities/tools and process to aid in the promotion of code releases and database deployments to dev, qa, pprod and production environments. In 2012, they worked at Paymobile as a Linux System Administrator. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Scalar Decisions as a Systems Administrator. Finally, in 2022, they joined SpotHero as a Senior Systems Engineer II.

Ladean Unser attended Miller Comprehensive High School from 1977 to 1981, earning their High School diploma. Ladean then went on to Humber College, where they obtained a Diploma in Advertising and Graphic Design. Finally, they attended Digital Media Studio College, where they earned an Interactive Multimedia Design and Production degree. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Transitioning from Technical Professional to Manager from LinkedIn.
