Errol Reyes, SHRM-CP, PHR has a strong background in human resources and talent development. Errol began their career at Cathedral Hill Hotel as Director of Human Resources in 2004. Errol then moved on to Barneys New York, where they served as a Human Resources Manager from 2007 to 2011. Reyes joined Pyramid Hotel Group - Hilton Fisherman's Wharf in 2011 as Director of Human Resources and held this position until 2013. In that same year, they became Assistant Director of Human Resources at Hilton San Francisco Financial District before transitioning to Evolution Hospitality - Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf as Director of Human Resources. Reyes later joined Pyramid Hotel Group - DoubleTree by Hilton Berkeley Marina in 2014, where they served as Director of Human Resources until 2016. Errol'smost recent role is with Springboard Hospitality, where they have held the positions of Area Director of Human Resources and currently Director of Talent Development since joining the company in 2016.

Errol Reyes, SHRM-CP, PHR has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from San Francisco State University. Errol also holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their educational background, Errol has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Errol is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and has been certified by the Safety Training Seminars in First Aid, Adult, Child, Infant CPR, and AED. Errol is also a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with multiple certifications from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Errol has attended the Full Service Training Certification Workshop (TTT) - Classroom Course conducted by Hilton. Errol obtained their most recent certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute in January 2020.
