Beth Grimmett, CBP, PHR has over 26 years of experience in various roles related to compensation, benefits, HRIS, and HR management. Beth is currently the Head of Global Benefits at Sprinklr since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Global Benefits at Allscripts from 2015 to July 2021.

Before joining Allscripts, Beth held the position of Senior Director of Health and Welfare Benefits at General Parts International / Advance Auto Parts from 2011 to 2015. In this role, they developed and implemented benefits strategy for over 18,000 employees in the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Beth was also responsible for compensation, HRIS, retirement/stock, and HR Shared Services. Beth successfully managed the HR integration project during the merger of General Parts and Advance Auto Parts.

From 2008 to 2010, Beth served as the Director of Programs and Benefits at General Parts International, Inc. (CARQUEST/WORLDPAC). Beth'sresponsibilities included overseeing the administration and compliance of health, welfare, retirement, recognition, and relocation plans and programs. Beth achieved significant cost savings through the consolidation of carriers for Canadian health and welfare plans.

Prior to that, Beth worked at The Body Shop as the Manager of Compensation and Benefits/Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst from 2001 to 2008. Here, they managed compensation and benefits policies for the US, Canada, and Mexico, including health and welfare renewals, salary surveys, performance management administration, retirement plans, 401(k) plans, and legal compliance. Beth also conducted a comprehensive compensation analysis and implemented changes to improve the compensation structure for employees across the Americas region.

Before joining The Body Shop, Beth served as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at Konover from 1999 to 2001. In this role, they managed all compensation, benefit, and HR-related systems and programs, including researching and implementing HR/Payroll systems with a significant return on investment.

Beth began their career at Quintiles as a Human Resources Generalist from 1995 to 1998. Beth'sresponsibilities included recruiting, employee relations, leave administration, and benefits management.
