Naomi Chavez Peters has a diverse work experience spanning several high-tech companies. Naomi currently holds the position of Vice President, Head of Talent Development at Sprinklr, where they oversee the delivery of unified customer experience management solutions. Prior to this, they founded Great Leader Consulting LLC in 2015 and worked with tech executives and sales teams to develop customized leadership models for various firms. Naomi also volunteered at the Junior League of Palo Alto-Mid Peninsula as an instructor, facilitator, and board member.

Naomi has held multiple leadership roles at Salesforce, including Senior Director, Talent Development, where they led global talent strategies and the design and deployment of leadership programs. Naomi also served as Director of Global Executive Talent and Director of Talent Development, leading teams responsible for developing executive leadership and talent development initiatives.

Before joining Salesforce, Naomi worked at Cisco Systems in various roles such as Director of Field Enablement, Executive Communications Manager, Strategy & Planning Manager, Leadership Development Manager for WW Sales, and Organization & Management Development Manager. In these positions, they led communications, training, leadership development, and change management initiatives.

Early in their career, Naomi worked at Intel as a Leadership Development Program Manager, where they developed and implemented management programs ranging from supervisory development to executive development. Naomi played a key role in developing and delivering programs such as the Managing at Intel basic management program and the Intel First Line Manager's Program.

Throughout their career, Naomi has demonstrated expertise in talent development, leadership development, executive coaching, communications, and change management.

Naomi Chavez Peters graduated from the University of the Pacific in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology. In 1996, they attended Columbia University and completed an Executive Development Program in Organizational Development.

In addition to their formal education, Naomi has obtained several certifications throughout their career.
