Alyss Mino

Alyss Mino has a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2017, they worked as an Internal Communications Officer - Intern at Nokia, followed by a role as a Multimedia Artist at Summit Media (Summit Publishing Co., Inc.). Later that year, they joined Globe Telecom as a Multimedia Artist. In 2018, Alyss joined Asticom Technology Inc as a Multimedia Artist and was deployed at Globe Telecom. During their time at Asticom, they assisted in the execution of Globe HR's rebranding, created internal announcements and digital activations, organized the Globe Excellence Awards, and developed communication plans for assigned projects. In 2022, Alyss worked as a Human Resources Specialist at ABSI, where they facilitated new hire orientation, provided accurate information to management, and validated employee data. Currently, they are a Human Resources Generalist at ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (Philippines) starting from April 2023.

Alyss Mino attended Mapúa University from 2011 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia Arts and Sciences. In addition to their degree, Alyss has obtained several certifications through LinkedIn. These certifications include "Sustainability for Design, Construction, and Manufacturing," "Critical Thinking and Problem Solving," "Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making," "Making Quick Decisions," "Problem Solving Techniques," "Systems Thinking," "Being Your Own Fierce Self-Advocate," "Data-Driven Decision-Making for the Real World," "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process," "Marketing Communications," "Marketing Tips," "Marketing: Copywriting for Social Media," "Nano Tips for Communicating with Confidence with Selena Rezvani," "Productivity Principles to Make Time for What's Important," and "Reduce Stress and Anxiety by Managing Your Nervous System." The certifications were obtained throughout 2022, with some obtained in April and others in July and September.
