Thomas Modafferi

Thomas Modafferi has a long history of working in the military and in the private sector. Thomas currently serves as the Director of Compliance for Stability Healthcare, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they worked for Pamelas List from 2020 to 2021 as both a Branch Director and Director of Operations. Before that, they served in the United States Air Force from 2003 to 2020 in a variety of roles, including Weapons Safety Manager, Munitions Inspection Crew Chief, Combined- Flightline Delivery, Precision Guided Munition, and Conventional Maintenance Inspector, Precision Guided Munitions Inspector, and Munitions Storage Crew Member. During their time in the Air Force, they supervised personnel, conducted munition mishap investigations/inspections, safeguarded personnel, facilities, and aircraft, and managed weapons safety programs.

Thomas Modafferi has an extensive education history. Thomas obtained an Associate's degree in Applied Science Munitions Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force between 2014-2017. Thomas also completed a Weapons Safety Management Course at Air Education and Training Command in 2013 and a 7 Lvl Combat Ammunition Planning and Production at Air Combat Command Training in 2011. Additionally, they completed Airman Leadership School at Air Education and Training Command in 2008. Thomas then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2016-2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from UNLV Lee Business School. Thomas also holds two certifications from the United States Air Force, a Special Education Identifier obtained in 2013 and a Special Education Certifier obtained in 2006.
