Jessalyn Cao

Jessalyn Cao has had extensive work experience in various roles, primarily focused on human resources and corporate communications. Jessalyn is currently serving as the Head of Culture & People for Greater China at STADA Group since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Covestro as a Corporate Communications & CSR specialist from October 2020 to July 2021, an HR Business Partner from May 2018 to January 2021, and the Head of Employee Life Cycle Management from January 2017 to December 2018. Jessalyn also served as the HR Lead & Head of Communications at Eramet from April 2014 to January 2017, and as a Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist at Saint-Gobain from May 2011 to April 2014. Jessalyn's earlier roles include being a Human Resources Supervisor at Shanghai Precision Instruments from July 2008 to March 2011 and a Shipping Coordinator (MT) at A.P. Moller - Maersk from January 2007 to May 2008.

Jessalyn Cao earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management from Henan University, completing their studies from 2003 to 2007.
