Gayatheri S. is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Star Alliance since February 2024. With extensive experience across leading organizations including McCann Worldgroup as Chief Talent Officer for APAC and VICE Media as Senior Director of HR AMEA, Gayatheri has demonstrated expertise in change management, workforce planning, and HR realignment. Prior roles include Regional HRBP at Rolls-Royce, Senior HRBP at BOMBARDIER, and Head of HR at Scomi Rail Bhd, where significant contributions involved restructuring HR functions and driving organizational design.
