Jan Bloom has over three decades of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, primarily at State Farm Insurance & Financial Services. Serving as IT Manager since March 1999, Jan has led transformational change by implementing vendor solutions, SAFe agile practices, and innovative technology solutions. Prior to this role, Jan held positions as Project Manager and Software Developer at State Farm, and worked as a Systems Analyst at Country Financial Insurance Companies. Jan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University, attained between 1979 and 1984.
