Avinash Sah

Avinash Sah has a diverse range of work experience. Avinash started their career at IBM India Pvt Ltd in 2010, where they worked as a Senior Application Developer until 2015. Avinash then pursued various internships and fieldwork positions in human resources at companies such as Alliance Tire Group, Siemens, Piramal Enterprises Limited, Edelweiss Financial Services, and Reliance in 2015 and 2016. Avinash joined Sterlite Power in 2017 as a Manager and later progressed to the role of Chief Manager in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President - HR at Sterlite Power.

Avinash Sah obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Techno India College Of Technology, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations (HRM & LR) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, completing it from 2015 to 2017.

Before their higher education, Avinash attended National High School (Boys) for their Higher Secondary education with a focus on Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology). Avinash also completed their Madhyamik (10th) from Nava Nalanda.

In terms of additional certifications, Avinash has obtained several from LinkedIn. These include certifications in Investment Evaluation (obtained in September 2019), Interpersonal Communication (obtained in September 2018), and Transitioning from Manager to Leader (obtained in September 2018).
