The Legal and Compliance team at Stripe is responsible for ensuring the company operates within the regulatory frameworks of the multiple jurisdictions it serves. This team handles regulatory compliance, risk management, intellectual property protection, litigation, and corporate governance. They work to mitigate fraud, manage financial crime, and oversee legal operations to support Stripe’s growth and integrity across all product lines and regions.
