Adam Lumley

Adam Lumley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Adam is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at STRIVR since August 2022. Prior to this, Adam worked at WorkForce Software for nearly a decade. At WorkForce Software, they held various positions including Director of Product Management, where they led a team responsible for the company's Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Fatigue Management products. Adam also worked as a Product Owner Team Lead, Product Management Operations Manager, and Product Communication Manager.

Before joining WorkForce Software, Adam worked as a Product Engineer - Electrical at TRW Automotive from February 2011 to January 2013. Adam started their career at AMC Theatres as an Operations Coordinator, where they worked from October 2003 to August 2009.

Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a focus on delivering value to customers. Adam has extensive experience in product management, implementation consulting, and technical implementation.

Adam Lumley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University from 2005 to 2009. Adam later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, also at Wayne State University, from 2009 to 2012.
