Jamien Tomlinson

Head of Customer Support at Studio Designer

Jamien Tomlinson has worked in the hospitality industry since 2014. Jamien began as a Corporate Beverage Director for Brand Hospitality, then moved to 8UP Elevated Drinkery as a Beverage Director in 2016. In 2017, they were hired as a General Manager at Sarino, and in 2018, they were hired as a Corporate Beverage Director at Local Icon Hospitality. In 2019, they became an Assistant General Manager at High Horse, and in 2021, they became a Team Lead at Studio Designer. In this role, they have helped provide performance appraisal comments on individual representatives, taken an overview of service desk calls, emails, and chat response times and customer satisfaction, and worked with and found ways to improve their service for users through HubSpot CRM. Jamien is also known for providing laughs for the team through their southern charm and beaming personality.

Jamien Tomlinson attended Wake Technical Community College from 2019 to 2021, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Science.
