Elise Orozco

Elise Orozco has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Elise began their career at Nordstrom as a Salesperson from 2006 to 2008. Elise then moved on to work as a Marketing Manager at Spectra company from 2008 to 2010, where they were responsible for developing marketing plans and hosting events. Elise returned to Nordstrom and held positions as a Sales Manager and a Human Resources Assistant from 2010 to 2012. In their later role as a Human Resources Manager from 2013 to 2015, Elise focused on recruiting and developing top talent. Elise then joined Paychex as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from 2015 to 2017, where they managed over 75 clients and became an expert in various HR aspects. Currently, Elise serves as the Director of People and Culture at Sun Bum, a role they have held since 2017. In this strategic position, they lead all aspects of People, Culture, HR, and a non-profit organization called Protect the Groms.

Elise Orozco completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Leadership from National University from 2010 to 2011. Following that, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from National University during the period of 2012 to 2013.
