Anna Kettunen (Feodorow)

Anna Kettunen (Feodorow) has a diverse and extensive work experience. Anna began their career as a Market Analyst at Finpro USA in 2005. Anna then worked as a Consultant at NetForce, Inc from 2006 to 2008, followed by a role as a Project Manager at Siemest Data from 2008 to 2010. Anna joined Drupro Oy as an HR Coordinator from 2010 to 2011 before moving to Rovio Entertainment Corporation.

At Rovio, Anna worked as an HR Assistant from 2011 to 2012 and as an HR Manager from 2012 to 2013. In these roles, they served as the HR business partner for the Games unit in Helsinki, Shanghai, and Stockholm. Their responsibilities included employment lifecycle management, onboarding and exits, developing global employee guidelines, HR system implementation, headcount planning, coaching discussions, compensation and benefits, employee engagement surveys, and wellbeing projects. Anna also played a key role in the ramp-up of the Stockholm and Shanghai offices.

Anna then joined Next Games in 2014 as an HR Manager, where they were instrumental in building and managing all People and Office-related areas from scratch. Anna worked on the mobile game The Walking Dead: No Man's Land, based on AMC's hit show, before leaving the company in 2016.

Since 2016, Anna has been working at Supercell, a mobile game developer. Anna initially held the role of Admin Lead, where they oversaw the admin team's responsibilities. This included handling benefits and perks, company events, team days, travel arrangements, and health and wellbeing projects in Helsinki. Anna also framed and coordinated training initiatives. Anna then transitioned to the role of People Lead in Helsinki, focusing on making the best games played by as many people as possible and ensuring enjoyment for years to come.

Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated a strong HR background, exceptional organizational skills, and valuable experience in the gaming and mobile technology industries.

Anna Kettunen (Feodorow) completed their education at the University of Vaasa from 2000 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics. Their field of study encompassed a major in Management & Organizations, with minors in Business Law & Finance. In addition to their formal education, Anna also obtained the certification of Master MPA Certified from Master International A/S in December 2014.
