Mazen Nouneh

Mazen Nouneh has extensive work experience, starting in 1995 as the Managing Director of Alliance Star Trading. Mazen later worked as the Production Manager at Al Sowyan Gold & Jewellery Factory, where they achieved significant improvements in production delivery and supply management. From 2001 to 2016, they held various roles at SWAROVSKI, including Sales Manager for the Middle East, Iran, and Pakistan, Regional Manager for the Middle East, Iran, Pakistan, and Turkey, and Vice President of Operations, responsible for driving profit growth and managing the Middle East area. Throughout their career, Mazen Nouneh has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and a track record of achieving business targets.

Mazen Nouneh completed a Special Course in Management Skills for International Business Programme at INSEAD in New York, USA in 2015. In 2010, they also attended a Special Course in Advanced Leader Program at Swarovski Academ, specializing in Mastering Leadership Challenges. Additionally, they obtained a Master Diploma Course in Business & Marketing from Damascus University in 1993-1994, with a focus on Business Management & Marketing. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Damascus University between 1988 and 1993.
