Paul LeBlanc, III has experience working in various roles within the field of environmental consulting and wildlife management. Paul started their career in 2001 with the U.S. Forest Service, where they conducted stream surveys, collected field data, and composed timber unit reports. From 2007 to 2014, Paul worked as an Environmental Scientist II at SJB Group, LLC, where they conducted wetland delineations, assessments, and endangered species surveys. Paul also performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments on multiple properties. In 2008, they briefly worked as a Wildlife Technician for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, where they assisted with maintenance and conducted wildlife surveys. Since 2014, Paul has been working at SWCA Environmental Consultants as both an Environmental Specialist IV and a Project Manager, specializing in environmental inspections, wetland delineations, and permitting.

Paul LeBlanc, III began their education journey in 1998 at Louisiana State University, where they pursued a degree in Renewable Natural Resources with a focus on Fisheries. Paul completed their studies there in 2004. In 2013, they attended the University of Southern California, where they obtained a certification in Cross-Connection Control Program Specialist, specializing in Cross Connection Controls.
