Adam Dimopoulos is an experienced professional in information security and IT infrastructure, currently serving as the VP of Information Security (IAM) at Synchrony since 2023. Previously, Adam held significant roles including Sr. Program Manager for Cybersecurity at Microsoft, where leadership in security product initiatives contributed millions in Azure revenue, and Sr. Director for IT Infrastructure at Gartner, providing advisory services to global enterprises. Adam’s extensive career includes positions such as Head of IT & Security at ViON Corporation, where Adam oversaw technology and security functions within the Defense Industrial Base, and various roles focused on architecture and infrastructure engineering at agencies like the EPA and roles in virtualization engineering at Accelera Solutions. Adam holds a Master of Technology in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.
