Sebastian Lesch

Sebastian Lesch has a diverse professional background in human resources and organizational development. Sebastian is currently working as the Head of People & Culture at tado°, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, Sebastian served as the Head of Digital HR - Learning & Organisational Development at Lilium from May 2019 to July 2022, where they were responsible for establishing and developing the Lilium Academy and enhancing the digital people experience. Sebastian also led the global people service team during their tenure at Lilium.

Sebastian's previous experience includes the role of Head of Learning & Development at Apollo & Pearle (D-A) within GrandVision NV from July 2015 to April 2019. Before that, they worked at SBK Siemens-Betriebskrankenkasse, where they held multiple positions, including Head of Organizational Development from July 2014 to July 2015, Head of Learning & Development from January 2011 to June 2014, and Leadership Development Manager from April 2010 to December 2010.

Sebastian Lesch began their career as a Senior Office & Project Manager at Dr. Thorsten Bosch AG from February 2009 to April 2010. Sebastian then transitioned to the role of Executive Coach & Consultant at Frank Schäfer Unternehmungsberatung, where they worked from September 2007 to January 2009. Before that, Sebastian served as a Junior Human Resources Consultant at M8 Consulting, GlobalTeleSales, Kabel Deutschland from May 2005 to August 2007.

Sebastian Lesch attended the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt from 2001 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Psychology. During this time, they concentrated their studies in the fields of Organizational/Business Psychology and Clinical Psychology.
