Solange Palma

Solange Palma has worked in the technology industry for over 10 years. Solange began their career in 2010 as a Jefe de Proyectos y Analista de Procesos de Negocio at Adventum Consultora. In 2011, they joined Mitocondria as a PMO Manager, Jefe de Área Ingeniería + Desarrollo, and Jefe de Proyectos de Desarrollo y Apps. In 2019, they moved to Talana as an Agile Director, Jefe de Producto, and Coordinadora de Desarrollo Producto.

Solange Palma's education history includes a degree in Ingeniero en informática Empresarial from Universidad de Talca between 2005 and 2010, a student exchange program in Gestión de proyectos de tecnología de la información at Åbo Akademi University in 2009, and a Programa Ejecutivo Retail eCommerce from eCommerce Institute Latinoamerica between 2019 and 2020. Solange also holds certifications from LEAP - Transformación Cultural, CertiProf, Scrum Alliance, and LinkedIn, obtained between 2021 and 2022.
