Kieran Abbott

Kieran Abbott has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Kieran started their career as a Coach/Coordinator at the International Street Soccer Association (ISSA) in 2010. Kieran then volunteered as a Sports coach at Relays Dorset from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they worked as a CIS SystemOne Project Training Coordinator at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust. From 2014 to 2016, they took on the role of Academy Assessor at The Training Room.

In 2016, Kieran joined Talent Point as a Talent Partner and steadily progressed in their roles within the company. Kieran served as a Talent Partner from 2016 to 2020, before being promoted to Senior Talent Partner. In 2022, they became the Head of Learning & Development (Performance) and later, in the same year, they assumed the position of Lead Talent Partner. Kieran continued working at Talent Point until 2023.

During their time at Talent Point, Kieran also had opportunities to work with other companies. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cazoo through Talent Point. In 2022, they joined Flawless as a Lead Talent Partner. The following year, they moved to LucaNet and took on the same role as a Lead Talent Partner.

Kieran Abbott earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Development and Coaching Sciences from Bournemouth University, which they attended from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Queen Mary's College (Basingstoke) from 2005 to 2008 and Testbourne Community School from 2001 to 2005.
