Will Hopcroft

Will Hopcroft has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Will started their career as a Business Manager at 999Protein.com in 2011 and later joined Modis as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in 2014, where they helped place over 12,000 candidates in IT and technology roles. Will then transitioned to LoveHolidays as a Senior Talent Partner through Talent Point in 2021. Will subsequently joined Talent Point itself as a Lead Talent Partner, offering in-house talent solutions to tech-driven businesses. Currently, Will is working as a Lead Talent Partner at nimbus through Talent Point. Additionally, they had a temporary role at Automattic as a Lead Talent Partner, where they contributed to the team behind various popular platforms like WordPress.com and WooCommerce.

Will Hopcroft obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Coventry University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Before that, they completed their high school education, including GCSEs and A-levels, from Kingsley College and Sixth Form, where they studied from 2003 to 2008.
