Fiona Roberts

Fiona Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Fiona has held various roles in different companies, including TalkTalk, Network Rail, Virgin Media, HJ Heinz, and The Amulet Group.

At TalkTalk, Fiona started working as the Head of Finance - Operations, TalkTalk Business in January 2016. Fiona then progressed to become the Head of Group Revenue and Margin Assurance in February 2017, and later transitioned to the role of Head of Customer Value Management in January 2019. Fiona's next role at TalkTalk was Finance Director - Core Finance, which they held from November 2019 until September 2022. Currently, Fiona is working as the Finance Director - Finance Transformation at TalkTalk, starting from October 2022.

Prior to their tenure at TalkTalk, Fiona worked at Network Rail as the Head of National Accounting from January 2010 to December 2012. Additionally, they held the positions of Financial Controller (Property) from December 2012 to October 2014 and Financial Controller (Corporate Services) from November 2014 to December 2015.

Before joining Network Rail, Fiona spent five years at Virgin Media as the Head of Finance, from September 2004 to March 2009. Fiona also has experience working as an Interim Accountant at HJ Heinz from August 2003 to December 2003 and as the Group Planning & Reporting Manager at The Amulet Group from April 2001 to August 2003.

Fiona Roberts attended Bangor University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting & Finance. Fiona also obtained an Introductory Certificate in Project Management from the APM Association for Project Management in 2011.
