Phil Haslam

Phil Haslam has a diverse work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Phil began their career in 1999 as the Head of Programme Management at O2 UK. Phil then moved on to work as a Systems Integration Senior Consultant at IN Solutions Inc in San Francisco. In this role, they were responsible for providing operational and commercial systems integration and development services to major clients.

Following their time in San Francisco, Haslam joined Opal Telecom as the Customer Operations Director. Phil later became the Managing Director of CPW Business Solutions, responsible for the P&L accountability for the small business channel within the Business division of Caprhone Warehouse.

In 2007, Haslam joined Talk Talk Plc as the Contact Centre Technology Director, accountable for the deployment, service operation, and strategic roadmap of telephony, desktop, and infrastructure technology for the call centre operations. Phil also served as the IS Services & Billing Director at TalkTalk Business, leading the B2B IS Applications Strategy.

Haslam's journey at TalkTalk continued with roles such as Programme Delivery Director and Transformation Director, where they were responsible for driving the transformation agenda across the technology division and delivering technology programs.

Currently, Haslam holds the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at TalkTalk, accountable for the technology that supports customers, partners, and colleagues. Phil leads a team of technical experts to meet the growing needs of end customers. Additionally, they served as the Chief Networks Officer, responsible for the end-to-end performance and efficiency of the TalkTalk network.

Phil Haslam completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in European Business and Languages at the University of Central Lancashire from 1991 to 1994. Phil then pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Business at the same university from 1995 to 1996.
