Daniel Welliver is currently the Director of Client Services at TaskUs. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Operations at FCR from October 2014 to October 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading all initiatives related to call/contact center operations and processes for 7 call/contact centers, 50 clients, 4 directors, 9 managers, and 900 employees.

Under Daniel's leadership, the organization achieved a 93% client satisfaction rating through the development and adoption of performance standards. Daniel also developed operational standards and processes that led to 4% year-over-year revenue growth. In addition, Daniel spearhead operational performance foundations through rollout and implementation of WBR, MBR, and QBR process with all clients.
