Dr. Prabha Gourh has a diverse range of work experience in the field of health, nutrition, and wellness.

At Tata Chemicals, they worked as the Head of Health Nutrition and Wellness, where they developed long-term strategies and implementation plans for the Nutritional vertical. Dr. Prabha also conceived and implemented two Nutrition pilots in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, which showed significant improvements in the nutritional status of children and a reduction in anemia among mothers and adolescent girls. These pilots were later replicated in other locations and by other corporates.

Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Health, Nutrition & Wellness at Tata Chemicals Society for Rural Development, where they were responsible for the overall work of the Health, Nutrition, and Wellness Vertical. Dr. Prabha prepared strategies for the verticals and initiated nutrition-themed pilots to demonstrate feasibility. Dr. Prabha also collaborated with government departments and civil society organizations for smooth implementation.

Dr. Prabha Gourh also served as the Deputy Project Director at Impact India Foundation, where they planned and designed the Community Health Initiative process documents and strategies. Dr. Prabha built partnerships and advocated for policy changes at the policy level. Dr. Prabha also ensured compliance with standard operating procedures for project interventions.

Furthermore, they worked as the Dy Chief Executive of Lifeline Express, the world's first hospital train. Dr. Prabha designed standard operating procedures for patient footfall and introduced health education sessions for adolescent girls. Dr. Prabha also served as a volunteer at Lifeline Express.

Dr. Prabha Gourh has experience as a Programme Officer at EngenderHealth, where they focused on strengthening family planning services, particularly those involving men, and improving reproductive and child health services.

Dr. Prabha also worked as an Executive in Support Services and Operations & Quality Management at P D Hinduja National Hospital and Research Centre, where they assisted in NABH pre-assessment and ensured smooth operations.

Lastly, they volunteered at OGi, where they participated in a child health survey and diagnosed the nutritional status of children in government schools.

Dr. Prabha Gourh completed their Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery degree in Medicine from S.K.R.P. Gujarati Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Indore. Dr. Prabha attended the college from 2003 to 2009. Following that, they pursued an MBA(HA) degree in Hospital & Health Administration from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.
