Julia Richert

Julia Richert has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Development Associate at Columbia Memorial Hospital Foundation for three years. Julia then became an Account Executive at New Northwest Broadcasters in 2002. In 2003, they joined U.S. Bank as an Executive Assistant before transitioning to the role of Assistant Relationship Manager and later as a Relationship Manager, managing a $95MM commercial portfolio. At U.S. Bank, they also served as a Commercial Training Project Manager, leading learning and development projects, and as a Business Relationship Manager, responsible for generating new business and increasing revenue.

In 2017, Julia joined MartianCraft, LLC as a Project Manager and then moved on to become a Program Manager at Lambda School in 2019. At Lambda School, they took on various roles, including Program Manager for Marketing and Program Manager for Experiential Learning. In these roles, they implemented changes to enhance student collaboration, worked on cross-functional projects, and played a crucial role on the limited-term Project Hydra PMO team.

Most recently, Julia has worked as a Program Manager at MartianCraft, starting in 2021. And in 2022, they joined Teamshares as the Onboarding Business Lead.

Julia Richert attended Marylhurst University from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Julia also attended St. Olaf College from 1991 to 1994, where they studied Philosophy and Religious Studies.
